COVID-19 Information For Customers
We work with an on demand drop shipper and we're constantly communicating with them about any updates. Fulfilment and shipping may take a little longer than usual but we'll keep you updated!
It takes 2-7 business days to fulfil apparel products and 2-5 business days for non-apparel products.
All artwork sizes are in inches.
On average, shipping time is 4 business days depending on the order's destination. Please allow between 5 - 20 business days for your order to arrive.
Lost Or Stolen Package?
Unfortunately, I cannot accept responsibility for packages that have been stolen.
If your package has been lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Please fill out a form on the 'Contact' page and I'll do my best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Import Duties & Taxes
Customers are solely responsible and must pay for all import duties, taxes and tariffs levied by their respective government on their purchases. These fees are not included in your order and unfortunately, we have no control over these charges. To find out how more about these fees, please contact your local custom’s office.
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense. Please contact me before returning any products.
Unfortunately, we will not be able to cancel or make changes to your order once the payment has been made.
